Liquidations

Every validator computes the same result. Total balances always equal deposits minus withdrawals, and a rejected transaction leaves the state unchanged.

FCTR · Planned allocation

50,000,000 FCTR

50Mhard cap
  • 25% Founder: 1-year cliff, 3-year vesting
  • 20% Public sale, under a MiCA white paper
  • 15% Airdrop to early users
  • 22% Community and ecosystem
  • 10% Treasury
  • 8% Protocol liquidity

All FCTR is minted at genesis. Burns reduce the supply. No VC allocation. Final terms will be set in the white paper.

New markets open with an auction

⚖

Opening auction

All buyers pay the same price. Arrival time does not affect priority, and splitting orders across wallets gains nothing.

⧗

Batch auctions

For the first days, each block clears at one price. After that, prices trade within a moving band. If the price hits the band, the market pauses and reopens with an auction.

🔒

Founder vesting

The chain enforces the vesting of the founder's 25%. Holders can always sell their full balance.

30% of trading fees go to the liquidity vaults and 70% to FCTR buybacks.

Multi-leg structures

Spreads, condors and collars can be built from individual legs on any listed asset.

⚡

Self-exciting jumps

Crypto price jumps arrive in clusters, and each jump makes the next more likely. The models use a Hawkes intensity for this.

◎

Full collateral

Each position locks its maximum loss, so options are never liquidated.

⚛

Inventory first

A local C++ scanner reads a codebase and records every place cryptography is used, and what it protects.

⧗

Two scores

What is broken today gates a build. What must migrate before 2035 is reported separately.

◈

Run on our chain

The Functor chain scores 0 for weaknesses, with one asymmetric site: the signatures planned for accounts.
